Tracking will be available 3-7 days after making your order. If 7 days has passed and you still don't have a tracking code please contact customer services.
We send items in multiple packages so some items may arrive before others. These items will come in more packages within the shipping timeframe:
If you need to edit your order at all, you must contact us within 24 hours so we can make changes.
We are able to change:
- Items in your order
- Your address
- Your name/email
In order to cancel your order please get in contact within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel the item after this time, as it will have already been shipped.
Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-9 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait slightly longer.

Usually our chosen couriers are very reliable but in some occasions items can be damaged in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, we would like to apologise on the couriers behalf and assure you that it will be dealt with.
Please contact us and include the following:
- Your order number
- A picture of your damaged watch
Once we have this information, we will be able to send out a replacement, free of charge.
