When will my order arrive?

Order Tracking

What is my tracking number?

Tracking will be available 3-7 days after making your order. If 7 days has passed and you still don't have a tracking code please contact customer services.

Missing Items

We send items in multiple packages so some items may arrive before others.  These items will come in more packages within the shipping timeframe:

Order Amendments/Cancelations

If you need to edit your order at all, you must contact us within 24 hours so we can make changes.

We are able to change:

  • Items in your order
  • Your address
  • Your name/email  


In order to cancel your order please get in contact within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel the item after this time, as it will have already been shipped. 

Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-9 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait slightly longer.

Item arrived damaged

Usually our chosen couriers are very reliable but in some occasions items can be damaged in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, we would like to apologise on the couriers behalf and assure you that it will be dealt with.

Please contact us  and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of your damaged watch

Once we have this information, we will be able to send out a replacement, free of charge.

Processing and Delivery 
Free UK delivery time is spilt into two parts.
Processing time: Orders require verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging before they can be dispatched. Please allow 1-3 days for processing, so we can ensure that you receive the high quality service you expect.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your door. Once processing has taken place the items can be delivered. Please allow 10-15 business days for your items to arrive. Sometimes items will arrive much quicker, but during busy periods delivery can sometimes take a little longer. If your order is going to take more than 10 days to arrive a tracking number will be sent to your email address once the item has been shipped.
